Route to award
Subcontracting to primes.
Craton self-performs the scopes listed under Capabilities and bids to primes on public facility work. Under Idaho Code 54-1904 a subcontractor working under $100,000 beneath a prime holding Class Unlimited, AAA, AA, or A does not itself need a Public Works Contractor License — which is the route by which a newly licensed contractor builds public works history.
Bid-time documentation is issued from the credentials listed on the Qualifications page. Each is published there as it is issued, with the issuing authority named.
